Child Support
questions & answers
Question: is there any way for me to file child support and not have to pay for it because i don't have the money to pay and if not how much will it cost for all the filing fee?
Answer:
Here is a list of filing fees for the Superior court.
A person may file a form called a fee deferral application to waive or defer court fees. Use the Court Locator to find the appropriate local court and deferral application. The court will use the application to see if the applicant qualifies.
Here is the form for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
The court in other counties may use a different form; please contact the appropriate court to receive a copy of their form.
