Question: My child's father was granted full custody and support in march of 2004, my son has been in my physical custody sense may of 2004. that's 11 years no support, his father never contacted the court to let them know his situation changed. What can we do?

Answer: Either parent can request a modification of child support in the event that there has been a significant and continuing change within a household, such as loss of a job or significant increase/decrease in income.
