Child Support
questions & answers
Question: I found out that my ex has been working a different name so he doesnt pay child support what can I do?
Answer: Articles 5 and 6 of Title 25 of the Arizona Revised Statutes govern enforcement of child support. If you go to the website for the your local County Superior Court, you will find a self help center that contains forms to seek an enforcement of a child support order. You can also contact a lawyer referral service. For a $40.00 fee, the service will set you up with a 1/2 hour consult with an experienced lawyer who can advise you on how to proceed.
