Question: If I am married to an Illegal Alien, am I legally married and if he is in Mexico and not coming back, How do I divorce him?

Answer:

A marriage with an illegal alien is a legal marriage as long as along as all the regular protocols have been followed. (Some kind of ceremony, and a wedding licensed was signed and returned.)
