Question: My ex wife and I are legally divorced and in our divorce decree it states for hee to restore her maiden name. But she still hasn't done it yet, what do I do??
Answer: There is really nothing that you can do. Your ex-wife has the option of restoring her maiden name. She is not required to do so (even if a divorce decree gives her that option).
