Question: I applied for my service connected disability benefits in Aug of 2010, I received 70% sc Aug of 2012, but IU denied. Requested DRO, denied! see the travel board on July 23rd, asked for time frame, told I can expect her decision in 1-2 YEARS! I have tons of proof in my file that I'm unemployable. My questions are: 1)Do I have any recourse, or can she really make me wait for another year or 2? 2)I am currently on SSI (unemployable) incompetent for VA purposes (UE)eligible but not viable for VA Voc Rehab (UE)is there anything that can be done to require them to pay me benefits I deserve?

Question: How may I obtain an audit of payments that I have made to the Department Of Veterans Affairs Debt Management Center. I have been having paying these people for apporx. 30 years. They have never stopped I have never faught them. I have been disabled for the last ten years. I am now on social security, and once again they are taking funds from a fixed income. I would like to get a full audit from 2005 forward. What can I do? One other thing they took funds from me while I was on V.A. pension.

Question: I am a veteran I served my country with honor, and pride. I need information on how to acquire an audit from the V.A. debt management center. They have kept me in poverty over the last 30 years. If I still owe them anything shouldn't I be able to see what it is that I am still paying for. I would like to know where the funds they receive are being applied. My fixed income has been duned by the IRS to the tune of 20,000 dollars I was being duned by them and some how, I've managed to pay off the IRS, but the debt from the V.A. was just over 13,000for a foreclosed home. Please HELP.

Question: I am interested in suing a school I attended for not upholding their refund policy. Because they neglected to refund an overpayment and process proper paperwork during my PCS, I now have two collections on my credit report, my credit dropped 104 points and my wages will be garnished. I did not terminated the couse I was taking at any time. I transferred from one campus to another because of my orders. I did not at any time miss classes. I have been trying to resolve the issue since July of 2014. I have documents to support everything I have said. Can I file a lawsuit against the school?

Question: In 1990 my claim for PTSD was denied. I did not receive the claim denial letter, because I was imprisoned. I suffered with PTSD for another 30 years. Following a diagnosis of prostate cancer I again filed a claim for agent orange exposure along with another claim for PTSD. The agent orange claim was denied, but the PTSD was rated 100% service connected. I asked that the effective date be the original claim date in 1990, but that was denied. I am seeking help in appealing this to the claims court.

Question: I am a disabled Veteran receiving Disability Compensation. I married a foreign national who continues to live in her country with no intentions of relocating to the United States, nor I to her country. I have submitted an application two years ago reguesting she be add to my disability compensation award as my spouse which would increase my award amount. Recently, in a conversation with a VA REP via telephone I was advised my request would be denied as my foreign born wife does not have a SSN. I have never heard of a claim being denied for this reason, is it true?

Question: I am veteran and receive pay as married I think 3 dependents. One of those children does not live with me but have legal joint custody. Can the mother of him take my monthly stipend for him away? I receive 75 dollars a month for him.

Question: I served in the USMC for 3 years mostly as a reservist. Due to my mental health disability i was discharged with an 'other than honourable' discharge. I am on SSDI for this disability and feel that because my disease was active during my duty I should be upgraded to a 'general health' discharge. I have meritorious commendation letters from my service before my discharge.
