Question: the owner of my residence is selling the property and my lease is up march 31 2013. I was advised by owner I could rent month to month until the property is sold. How long do i have to move out after sold

Answer: A landlord may terminate a month-to-month lease with written notice and must provide at least 30 days before the end date of the tenancy. (See ARS 33-1375)( http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/33/01375.htm&Title=33&DocType=ARS).
