questions & answers
Question: My landlord unlawfully entered my house and physicaly attacked me. What can I do?
Answer: You may want to file an injunction against harassment on the landlord. To do so, you can go to the Self Help Service Center at the Superior Court and ask for papers on an injunction against harassment. You can also go to http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/ProtectiveOrderCenter/iah.asp to download the paperwork. You may wish to seek an attorney on other options.
