Landlord and Tenant - Mobile Home Parks
questions & answers
Question: my mom own a mobile home but she went to the nursing home but she will be back but im the son and power of attorney and im moving to the trailer before she come home but the manager wont let me move
Answer: The answer would depend upon the language in the lease or any applicable park rules. Generally, however, residency is limited to those listed on the lease. The fact that you have y our mothers power of attorney does not give you any right to reside in the unit.
