Question: I slipped and fell down the stairs from my second story apartment. The stairs have "skid" strips but most of them are gone or are peeling up. Would I fill out the Request for repairs form or just notify them that I fell

Answer: Notify them. And they should perhaps pay for any out-of-pocket medical expenses. But yes, they need to fix them.
