Question: My lease expires at the end of the month and have given my landlord(management)30 day notice and they have listed the property on market for rent.Today is 11th and they have called me to let them bring people in for viewing.Can i refuse and tell them no until i move out?

The tenant shall not unreasonably withhold consent to the landlord to enter into the dwelling unit in order to inspect the premises, make necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations or improvements, supply necessary or agreed services or exhibit the dwelling unit to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenants, workmen or contractors. In other words, the landlord has the right to show your dwelling to prospective purchasers, and you may not unreasonably deny access for that reason.
