Question: I live in mobil park . They got new management raised rent and now the box at the gate to let guests in is no longer working, nor plans ti fix, i have to run ti the gate everytime soneone comes by. Its reduculius

Answer: Under Arizona's Landlord Tenant Act for Mobile Parks, Landlord must maintain fit, safe and habitable premises. A.R.S. § 33-1434. Additionally, Landlord must provide tenant with a Statement of Policy (a park can only have one set of statements of policy in effect for all residents at any one time). A.R.S. § 33-1436(A) and (D).
