Question: we have lived in this RV park for two months now we're getting evicted for nonpayment of rent but we didn't get a written notice or anything are they required to give us a written notice

Answer: Yes. Under the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (at A.R.S. 33-1476(E)) the landlord must provide at 7-day notice while under the Recreational Vehicle Long-Term Rental Space Act (at A.R.S. 33-2143(E)) the landlord must provide a 5-day notice. The landlord may only file an eviction complaint after the required notice period has ended. At an eviction proceeding, the landlord must show that the appropriate notice was delivered.
