Question: My question is if I didn't get a notice from the constables to leave the property can the manager come throw ur living room window and change the door locks without notifying the tenant

Answer: Once a tenant has been evicted by a judge and what is called a “writ of restitution” (restoring lawful possession of the dwelling to the landlord) has been issued, it should be served on the tenant before the landlord takes further action, because only a tenant who has been lawfully served with a writ of restitution and remains in or returns to the dwelling thereafter may be charged with criminal trespass under Arizona law (A.R.S. 12-1178).
