Eviction

questions & answers

Question: I would like to know what forms or papers I need to fill out and then file with the courts to get a court date to evict a tenant, and also where I can find them or a link.

Answer: The process of evicting a tenant begins with the delivery of a five day notice to comply with terms of rental agreement. If there is noncompliance with this request, then a ten day notice of unlawful detainer must be delivered, along with a summons to the tenant, and then filed with the court.
