Question: My sister gets social security disability i work, she leased an apartment in Glendale AZ , i work 40 hours plus and pay the difference of 617.00 a month plus lights that are in her name . On march 31st 2020 she decided to move out of an apartment thats leased under her name and just leave me there there is rent owed due to my hours being drastically cut to 25 hours a week. i was obligated to invest in internet snd a upgraded computer to be able to work from home due to the COVID 9 .I just seen an eviction letter to be in court on april 14 2020 , what rights do i have ?
