questions & answers
Question: I am purchasing a house and terminating my lease on my apartment early . my landlord wants $1285 for a lease breaking fee. Is that legal?
Answer: It depends on what your lease states. If your lease states you are responsible for a month's rent, etc if lease is broken, you may be responsible for that payment.
