I called them Monday, finance guy said he would call me February 14th by 5 well that's come and gone. After 10 days do they have to technically finance to loan in house if can't find bank, can I call deal off and get car, money
Answer: Your first resource is your contract that the dealership gave you and that you signed. Read that contract, or find a law firm that can help you read it. The contract may state how many days you have. You can also check out Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 44. Chapter 2.1 on this link, which discusses MOTOR VEHICLE TIME SALES DISCLOSURE ACT.
