Question: I have two children with my ex we were never married he is actually still married to another woman. He signed the acknowledgment of paternity for my youngest daughter who is now 3 years old. Question: So, I have a almost 2 year old. I had my rights severed sadly, and I wasn't able to get her birth certificate done at the time. Question: I live with my boyfriend we are not married and he has no intention of getting married.
