The Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project is an organization that provides free legal services to immigrant detainees. This organization does not have the capacity to answer calls or assist people in the community with legal questions or cases. If you have questions about your case or paperwork please contact Legal LEARN at (866)637-5341.

These self-help materials are designed for detainees to use in representing themselves when applying for some common forms of legal relief from removal. Please note they are written for detainees in Arizona and most were last updated in 2007.

NVC told me that my brother has to wait until a visa becomes available. What do you think would be the fastest way to get a green card for my brother?
