Can an order of protection be issued to a defendant out of state without an arrest being mad or charges being filed?

My sister in-law just moved out to AZ approx. 5 months ago with her husband who has a history of verbal abuse it has gotten worse and we are thinking it is going to get more agressive I am in NJ and cannot help her where can she go for help and if not in AZ can we bring her back to NJ she has a daughter who is 7 years old whom he also does verbal abuse to.

My daughter(12yo)and I are survivors of Domestic Violence. I was awarded sole custody of my daughter. For the past 3&1/2 years my ex-husband has continued to violate our parenting plan. He continously blames me for his choices and his daughter as well. Last week he blantently violated the parenting plan by leaving my daughter at our apt's alone. Our parnenting plan states specifically we are required to exchnge her at McDonalds at 7pm. What legal recourse do I have?

Is there a law or work on a law regarding couples involved in domestic violence requiring them to seek counseling separately. Or, more specifically, if doing counseling with a couple when domestic violence is apparent, are therapists then required to refer to separate therapists for the individuals of the couple?

My husband was evicted from our home last year when I filed a protective order. After he was gone, I found out he had not been paying the mortgage. I am trying to get the mortgage modified based on my income alone. I need a Quit Claim Deed but he refuses to speak to me. Can I file abandonment to get the court's help with this as part of the divorce?

My daughter conceived out of wedlock. Lived together the entire pregnancy, & was there for her birth. No doubt that I am biological father, however, my mother advised me not to sign the birth certificate & I didn't sadly. Baby was 14 months old when my EX developed drug & alcohol problem. As a result to this she was arrested & charged with domestic violence. A month after, she decided to move move with my baby from Phx to PineTop, AZ & has kept my her from me. Baby is 3yrs old now & her mom decided to move to CA. How can I get rights as a father? Can I get shared custody? Help Please!

i have a assault - touching with intent to injur charge and managed to miss my court date wich was on wed.Called today and they issued a warrent misdereanor but also have a 500.00 bond how do i take care of tis without going to jail ?????
