Under what legal authority does the father (never married) of my 6 year old, who has been deemed unsuitable for joint custody & has yet been able to abide by basic court appointed supervised visitation guidelines, have to continually bring me to court with neglectful parenting allegations, which are always dropped &, coincidentally, decided that he is the perpetrator in each case? Furthermore, as victim to his court declared domestic abuse (physical/metal), how is it that I am being required to be in contact with the perpetrating father, or at risk of losing my son due to parental alienation?
-
If an order of protection was placed, does it show addresses, names, and phone numbers to the person being served?
-
I have an issue where my wife’s step-dad grabs my daughter with more force then necessary to try to discipline her. I am going to confront him about this and want to know what options I have. If he does not want to comply

What happens with a order of protection when the plaintiff contacts the defendant?

Our 16 year old son became aggressive after a shopping outing and began beating up my wife taking her to the ground. We are wondering what legal options we have since the answer we are getting from all agencies is that we just have to deal with it and work it out ourselves. We are looking for help of any kind including juvenile detention or detainment in a health facility. I am afraid to leave the house if our son is there and afraid of what he might do in the middle of the night since he has uttered death threats.

My husband wants custody of his three boys 12,10,8.He has joint legal custody with his ex-wife,butshe has primaryphysical custody but oldest wants to be with dad.She is abusive to the children and CPS are involved they said that they can't do anything about custody. My husband took one boy to sheriff after an incident but even though there was was a case opened and an ivestigation, when the report was sent to the district attourney's office they didn't continue to persue charges. She left a bruise on the boys face but since nothing was done about it what can I do if we can't afford an attourney?

Where can I find a specific Arizona Court online?

I live in TX. My daughter and her mother moved to AZ 2 years ago. I paid support and maintained telephonic contact. During this time, unknown to me, the mother became a heroine addict and gave temporary custody to the grandmother. When I was informed of the situation, I attempted to gain custody of my daughter and the grandmother, who worked for Pima Co. Superior Court, filed for permanent custody. With our court date set for Nov 4th and my plane and hotel paid, the court calls me and says they changed the date. Is that even legal with less than 24 hours notice? Do I have any recourse?
