Is therea statute to limititations toproviding evidence,specifically witness testimony(several)of eye witness observation of thedomestic violence perpetrator ?Specifically incidents happened about 3 years ago . I have been in a domestic violence situation for 9 years. We had 3 kids out of wedlock and later on married. He is on the birth certificate but there is no court custody in place. He is also on the child abuse and neglect registry for failing to supervise my daughter properly and has domestic violence charges on his record, I was the victim. Can I relocate to another state with our children legally and not tell him?

Is it possible to remove a domestic violence charge from my record to stop having a delay when I purchase firearms?

I was granted a Protective order 2 days ago. I need a victim advocate to clarify the terms granted. OR ANYONE who clarify if I can remove my belongings legally. The police Said he could and he did. I have to move because he has all the money. Im trying to keep the residence, but its gonna be a battle. I have rights to reside here now til hearing on 25th of August.
