A pipe busted and flooded my apartment. It's been 2 weeks and they still have fans blowing and a humidifier. I'm pretty sure I see mold in walls and our manager is denying. I took videos. Also, I have an srp box that I load money on for electricity. I use $45 a month. I've already spent $100 in less than 2 wks in electricity cause manager said fans have to stay on 24hrs and it's my responsibility to keep electricity on or they will get lawyers involved. I can afford to keep putting electricity. I've been out of my home almost 2 weeks. Please help.

I was convicted of a DUI, and have 10 months remaining on unsupervised probation. I would like to have my conviction "set aside", and if possible have my probation terminated early, because I will be applying for a nursing license in 6 months. I don't have the money for a lawyer, and am wondering if there are any ways/resources people could lead me to, to do this on my own.

My husband is a drug addict who has been evading service as of 2014/2015. Just when I was almost done with proceedings, he moved to a different state. I didn't have the money to start over and have since become unemployed. I don't want to end up responsible for his bills once my bankruptcy is through. How can I get help? My area states they don't handle divorces so I don't know where to turn.

Is there a percentage limit which a landlord can raise rent when a lease is up?
-
One year lease ended, converting to month to month lease, per provision in original lease. Landlord now says they want either a $300 fee to write a new lease or add a monthly $50 fee if month to month. There is nothing stated in original lease that either of these fees would be applied after the initial year ended. Is this legal?

We are renting a house but one window is broken. We noticed it when we first moved in and that has been over 6 months ago. It's the only window in the room. The agency knows about the window but have not done anything. I feel it's a safety issue. What are our rights?

I am renting a room in a house. The landlord has not given me a signed copy of the lease/agreement. The landlord does not give me a rent receipt. I have been living here for about 8 months, sending/mailing the landlord checks regularly. Now, the landlord is asking me to give a detailed breakdown of rent/checks paid ad the associated dates in a specific format. I have done the best I can. The landlord has been sending me multiple messages regarding this over the weekend. Isn't this the landlords job, to keep track of the rent/checks paid. I feel the landlord treats me differently versus others.
