I am contacting you on behalf of a close friend. She is disabled and had two children one of which are disabled. She has a USDA loan on her home.(Nov.21st 2010) She made all of her payments on the first of the month when her disability check was deposited. Then in October of 2014 she called to make her payment and they would not accept it. Instead they told her that her home was in foreclosure. She has since tried every month to make her payment but they will not take it. I would greatly appreciate any help or advise. Thank you.

We moved into a home in Nov. 2014. With a 2 year lease. The owner recently told us he is selling the house but that whoever buys it will have to honor the duration of the lease. Is this true?

I am the only person on my lease. My ex girlfriend, her kid, her boyfriend, and their 2 kids( my ex's grandkids) managed to basically move in. None of them work, I want my home back. Can I simply call the sheriff to have them removed at any time because they are guests? What if they have mail in their name coming? Like I said before they don't pay anything.

Can my landlord change my contract and sign my name on it?

My mom's 3rd husband is calling and demanding visitation. He abuses my mom and she worships him. Last time I heard from my mom she disowned me and my family for wanting to just see her.Her husband is now calling every couple days threatening and harrassing us. He says that he just paid $100,000 on a house so he should have no problem suing us for visitation. I am afraid he has an inappropriate interest in my daughter. They've only seen her 2x's in her life, btw & my mom never even held her. They are both drug addicts & now they have the money & time to come after us. Any advice would be great!

He was putting too much stress on me I wanted him as far away from me as possible it wasn't good for my pregnancy . When I had my son only my last name was given . His dad & I try working it out but throught out time he was still being abusive , doing drugs getting d.u.i going to jail . Cheating on me I had enough . I met a wonderful man that I fell in love with as soon as I moved on my sons father broke into my apartment & vandalized 3000 worth of my things .. I don't get a penny from the guy . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

I just had court for non payment of rent and I have 5 days to move but at this moment I don't have any money and I need help about a month and a half ago I got temporary guardianship of three of my nephews and I can't afford to be homeless with my family and I also have a daughter and grandson living with me and only income is unemployment where can I go for help
