I married a 16-Year Old female (I was 23) last year legally with proper parental consent. I was curious to know what my guardianship/consent rights are when it comes to my spouse being served legal paperwork or court orders by anyone, including myself. She was not emmancipated before our marriage, and I've had to legally be there to sign on her behalf for reasons such as school signup and notarizing items, so I know that I have some consent.

My children live with my sister right now because DCS took them from me. If i sign guardianship of them over to my sister can i get my kids back at some time? Does my sister then have the authority to sign them back over to me in 6 months?

We have lived in our apartment for just about 9 yrs. my landlord has completely ignored basic maintenance of this place. I have two giant holes in my ceiling (bedroom.) Termites in my son's room. No garbage disposal, which my landlord has bragged about not replacing to other tenants. He always wants to save money, so the few things he does replace are in poor condition or are jerri-rigged. My wife has a friend she's working for about 15 years. They talk a lot after everyone leaves the office the day. About 5 months ago the woman broke down and told my wife her husband has been beating her for 20 yrs she showed my wife several bruises her stomach and told my she's afraid leave because her husband said he will kill her. I know this is how abusers keep their spouses aroun. Is there some place I can find statistics on how many abusers say this and how many actually carry it out? Also if she went the police and the courts the day he hit her and showed the bruises would he be arrested

Can I stay longer in a foreclosure property? I am the tenant . The bank is the owner now. I am willing to pay for the extra time until I buy the house, but i need more time, and I dont want to leave. I need four more months. Do I have any rights to stay the extra time?

I live in senior apartments In Peoria AZ. My son who is trying to quit using drugs stayed with me for about 2 weeks waiting to go into rehab. A neighbor complained and I spoke with management and they told me that it was not a problem not to worry about it and the after his TB test was completed he needed to be out. About a week later I receive notice that due to excessive grease on my stove (of which there was VERY little of and I have photos to prove this) that if I didn't clean the grease they would terminate my residency and they refered me to AZ revised statute 33-1368 (A). After looking at this statute it has nothing to do with cleaning a grease from my oven or any other kind of upkeep on my residence but with having guests etcetera... they also said I have five days to clean it up or they will issue at termination. Is there anything I can do?
