QUESTIONS

  • My HOA billed me for fence painting that was done before I owned my house. Am I liable for paying for work done before I owned the property?
  • Is Arizona a common-law marriage state? If two seniors have been living together for more than ten years without being married and one passes away, will the living senior be responsible for the debts of the deceased.
  • My ex-husband just got arrested for an extreme DUI. We have gone through mediation in the past and he agreed to "conditional sole custody" but now disputes it.
