we have a 2 million dollar debt against 5 acres and our house will we loose the house if we file? Also we have 80,000in unsecured debt. How can we resolve this? we are 65 years old, and are moderatley employede.

So one of my good friends is a felon for drug charges. He is currently on probation. My issue is I give him rides to help him get on his feet. I have also allowed him to stay at my house when things get bad with his family. Does him being in my car or house allow the police to search it without probable cause? I am sometimes in Scottsdale or phoenix too. Do the laws change there? I believe I should be entitled to basic constitutional rights, but does being with a felon remove my rights?

I filed for ch. 7 bankruptcy and my debts were discharged on June 2011. To this date I'm badly behind on my house payments, and my lender offers me a reduced monthly payment of $350. The problem is that my lender does not want to make any promises in writing and does not give me straight answers on what happens if I keep my end of the deal. I'm affraid my lender will simply foreclose when it may fit its interest, disregard of my needs. Husband keeps threatening me to throw me out of marital home. I have been a stay at home mom since the birth of our first son 12 years ago. I have no income or source of support if he forces me out. We have been without hot water for 1 week and 4 days and no gas for cooking for over 4months. when contacting the landlord I am told gas is a hoa issue and all townhouse owners are arguing over whose responsible to fixing the broken gas line.
