  • I filed for simplified child support modification back in March. Per the guidline my ex had 20 days to request a hearing regarding the forms. She finally requested a hearing but she did it at 25 days. Will the court still grant her this or not because she did not do it in the designated time frame?

  • I rented a room in my house. We signed a lease for the month because she only planned to stay a month. We signed lease and she moved in. 4 days later she changed her mind and wants her rent money back. Am i obligated to give it back. The reason she left was unknown. She made up some bogus story that her car got broken into but my neighbors has security cameras and no such thing happend.
  • i am renting a home in casa grande az, my question is prior to moving in to the home it was listed on our rental agreement to turn on utilities before keys to the home were issued. i turned on all utilities except putting sewer and trash in my name because i never have had to before in any rental i had. now my rental manager wants me to put the bill in my name and pay back payments due for a total of four months. can the company do that? and they want to tack the fee on my rent which already is 1150 a month.

  • If the house is unhabitable due to rodent activity and poison all over the house, upon move in, can we get refunded and pull out of the agreement. Because we got an inspection the day we got the keys and it's infested. They also told us as we were signing the lease that there are no mice and no termites. Which we found out through a pest company, the house had both.
  • I got a loan in my name for a vehicle and my friend was supposed to make payments on it. She hasnt made payments in 20 months. I want to go and get it because i have to pay now. How could i do that legally. because its on her property and the police said i cannot take it because we had a verbal agreement that if she paid every month she could keep it. But the title is in my name and the plates and the loan also.

We're have never been late. 6 months ago she raised our rent $125 to $1350. Now today she sent a text saying rental rates have gone up and starting next month she is raising it by $600 up to $1950. Nothing is that high in the area. I am a long haul truck driver. Only home 3 days a month. Don't know how I am going to be able to find a place, pack, and move in 3 days. Is this legal?
