I signed someone's name on a legal document with permission from this person. I was carged with forgery. I took a plea not wanting to go to a jury trial. After the plea I found out that the state attorney lied to the grand jury and said this person did not give me permission and also I forged her notes. I have her taped interview where she clearing states her given permission and that the notes were done by her. Is there anything I can do to go back to the grand jury or maybe have the charges reversed? I was told no matter what I signed her name with putting with permisssion

My girlfriend and i are having a baby in may. She is legally separated from her ex but not fully divorced. She has been in the middle of trying to divorce him for a year and 2 months now but for some reason its taking an extremely long time. i want to know if our baby will be considered mine, and if i will have legal rights and be put onto her birth certificate....please any insight will be greatly appreciated.

i lived in home and left due to domestic violence. the property manger recieved my order of protection and allowed me to vacate. 6 years later my check is being garnished for unpaid rent and attorney fees. they got a judgement from the court and a collection agency is who garnished my check. i have to pay over 4000 dollars. I thought since domestic vioelnece i was able to leave according to 33-318.

We are preparing to sign a lease. The home was marketed as having a 'large fenced yard for kids and pets." Upon inspection, this 'fenced yard' has one full side of a metal fence completely fallen over, with metal sticking up, posing a safety hazard and not "fenced" for our dogs to be able to safely access the yard. The property mgmt. company said that they're aware of this, but the owner wants to focus on working on the house and not fence at this time. She said we can do something temporary (at our own expense) in the meantime, and possibly discuss this again in the future. Is this legal?

Im trying to establish paternity through the courts for my two year old son. A paternity test was completed by DDC and now I need to file however it states we need an affidavit from the mothers legal husband as she was and still is legally married, problem is he cannot be found last we knew hes a heroin addict living on the streets or possibly in prison. What can I do to file without an affidavit from him under these circumstances.

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? If I'm on SS/Disability and don't get paid until the 3rd of every month can my apartment manager charge me a late fee for paying rent on the third not the first of the month? I had been told by the previous manager that it's illegal for him to do so. Now the new/current manager says that he (previous Mgr) was wrong, misinformed. I need to get a straight answer.
