I rented a mobile home on an acre. The land owner has a management company who signed the lease. collects the rent and does all the repairs. The land owner comes onto the property at will he has two storage sheds behind the house. He also owns the lot next to mine which is empty and refuses to move the storage shed on to it. I have made two complaints to the management company about the land owner about him coming onto the property with out notice. both times the land owner than has a issue with the yard. I have lived in the same apartment for the last 3 years. It is a 30+ year old complex and has had few if any true upgrades. It was recently sold to another company and AMC took over the management of the property. In addition to a Common Area Maintenance fee attached to the utility bill, they refuse to come down in price of the monthly rent. Is this a case of price gouging and also is the CAM fee legal?
