My husband and I are going through a divorce due to domestic violence. He has pleaded guilty on the aggravated assault on my daughter (not his child) however did not plea guilty to the assault on me. Either way does his criminal case effect custody (for our common child) in any way due to the nature of the crime?

warrants for my arrest for unpaid traffic tickets through downtown justice and city of phoenix are preventing me from getting employment. I have already paid $1000's of dollars and been to jail three times for these same tickets. its a mess and i just finished my paralegal degree.

If we already have a child support order in place; how do I get an order for back support that was not granted the first time because I did not initially ask for it in my response.

My husband of 27 years moved to AZ "to find himself" well, he also found some "younger playmates" so to speak. We are till married, I am living in IL. He has been in Mesa now for over 4 years. My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? My divorce was settled on May 20, 2009. We have 50/50 custody of our 13 year old son. No child support was assigned because we both were working and made similar incomes. I lost my job on June 20, 2009 would I be able to get child support from my x-husband with the 50/50 custody until I find another job?

How do I go about removing people who live in my house who are not on the lease. I understand they have squatters rights. How would I go about legally removing them from my home? I am not the landlord I am the tenant, but my name is on the lease and all the bills. I do not want them in my home any more they have been here illegally for about 3 months. They are not on the lease, how can I legally remove them without losing the house myself?
