I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. The septic tank is broken and flooding badly enough that one side of the house has sunken into the ground. The clogging from the septic has caused leaks and clogs in water pipes causing mold in walls and insulation under house ruined. A lic. Plumber informed me that the septic tank got broken when she installed it previous to my renting. It is also illegally placed too close to house. Also, my mother paid my rent in February and when I asked my landlord if she received this money she stated no. I called my mother to confirm she did go there then I called landlord back and told her I knew she was lying about it and she admitted that she had in fact lied about how much rent I actually owe her. What can I do about all of this?

I was in a mva and I went to va hospital for treatment took for ever to be seen hence I got a lawyer went through doctors they sent me up with after I was treated went to trial jury said took to much time to be diagnosis so I lost law suit and had to pay med bills out of pocket couldn't find any lawyers to help me please help I lost my job and law suit and had to pay 20 k out of pocket.

In Phoenix do the park managers have to live on site, in parks where you own the home but not the land and they have a park office?

My case has been "vacated" but still shows up on background checks. Will hiring a lawyer to 'set aside' the felony still be needed...or not? I never received any information that I was even charged with the felony (disorderly conduct). AND - is it possible to have this removed from background checks? Will further expungement/setting aside help at all? thank you!

My rent has increased each month...in the lease i signed back in Sept 2017, I'm responsible for utilities. There's no fixed flat rate stated only saids 50& based on occupants and 50% on unit size. Should my utility bill be the same each month then?? I believe some illegal activity is goimg on Amd i want to know my rignts.

if i lost my gun rights (due to going to prison) but waited 12 years after getting out and started buying guns , and then got charged with misconduct with weapons. Because i did not know i had to file something, but after my arrest i have filed and got my civil and gun rights back, but am facing a class 4 felony and 4.5 years in prison. Is this beatable in trial due to to the fact i have my rights back now, after my new arrest though. Please help ASAP

When I was 19 years of age I was pulled over by law enforcement at the end of 2008 it took me 2 years to pay the fine I had a unloaded pistol in my car when asked I was scared so replied no weapons this was my first offense the felony was dropped to a misdemeanor ? How can I have the charge dismissed from my record and my rights with the charge or what can I do to better my case upon applying for a job its been really hard for me jobs see this and turn me away its terrible for my family income what can I do. How may I obtain an audit of payments that I have made to the Department Of Veterans Affairs Debt Management Center. I have been having paying these people for apporx. 30 years. They have never stopped I have never faught them. I have been disabled for the last ten years. I am now on social security, and once again they are taking funds from a fixed income. I would like to get a full audit from 2005 forward. What can I do? One other thing they took funds from me while I was on V.A. pension.

I had my bank account garnished.I went to court and the garnishment was released. I'm self employed but I do get paid by a goverment agency. Can my wages be garnished? Does the collector have to go back to court to get another order?

Are corectional officers required to keep records of all conflicts and injuries within the facility? What happens if they loose a piece of evidance? What if this seems to be done on purpose?
