I recently received 2 notices, one from my HOA and one from an attoney's office saying that I have ignored a violation notice. I never received a any notice prior to the these notices and now that are telling me I own them $500 for notice and attorney fees. How is this fair? And what can I do?

my father( 92)was admitted into nursing home and his SS is paying for it .My mother is (89) and still living in her home with my niece caring for her.My mother only receives SS and a small pension and is having a hard time just paying her reg bills.She has about 13,000 dollars in credit car debt which she has stopped paying .Can the CC companies take her house .

I recently went to court and got my case kicked out for the reason i sent the 5 day notice via certified mail and didn't wait 10 days to file a forcible detainer?... i waited 7 days?. the judge said it is 5 days for serving it by hand but 10 if it is done certified mail? is this right? thanks

My wife passed and she had a Capital one account with $2381.00 in a account. I have tried to transfer monies to my account and also hired a attorney to draft a letter to release funds and they refuse to send they said I need to go through probate. I paid off her car and sold home but this account is still open and Capital one will not release money.

How can I be eligible for the first offenders program? Since this is my first offense. I have recently been charged with a class 6 felony.
