  • What is required legally to teach children as a private individual. I am starting an art class for elementary age children from my home. Do I need a back ground check or finger print card legally?

We made payment arrangements to prevent garnishment. now they are charging us interest on our payments but they were not awarded postjudgement interest. Are they allowed to do this? Is there anything that we can do if they shouldnt be charging us this extra money??
