QUESTIONS

  • I have a felony on my record that's over 18 years old and i want to get it exsponged from my record completely. what do i need to do to get this done?
  • Asked to surrender and have my photo ID withheld from me during a routine inspection of a unit for possible rental. First told was for safety reasons then told "was AZ law". Since it is not the law (?)- was this an attempt to swipe all information from DL without my permission while I was looking at the rental unit or was this an deliberate act of discrimination?
  • I have filed for divorce. I did this on January 28, 2008. I cannot afford an attorney so I am having to do this on my own. I also filed a petition for temporary orders. The hearing is on the 22nd of February. I did not understand the instructions to serve my husband. I took the papers to the sheriff's office on February 4. What happens if my husband doesn't get served on time? I just mailed the order to appear yesterday, 2-13.
  • My 36 year old daughter died recently in a car crash. I have had to make all funeral arrangements, so sent my ex-husband the bill for him to pay HALF. He is bulking at paying it. We are both next of kin, do I have to pay the whole $7500 myself, or do I have any recourse to make him own up to his responsibilities to his deceased daughter?
  • I am disabled and receiving food stamps (SNAP). I submitted a medical expense list with receipts. DES stated that they do not count dental or vision expenses (eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses, dental exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals) or prescription medications which are not paid for every month. They did not address the cost of medical transportation (gas to get to medical appointments). I believe that these expenses should be counted as they are out of pocket medical expenses, and the total should be divided by the number of months in the eligibility period. Help!
  • Because of the current coronavirus pandemic both my daughter and son-in-law will be laid off indefinitely. Their current lease ends 6/15/20. They notified rental office that they would like to end lease 6 weeks early (end of April) because of this financial hardship. They will live with us until things get back to normal. They have given rental company 45 day notice that they will vacate apartment at the end of April. Rental company is telling them that they will have to pay 2 month penalty for breaking a lease 6 weeks early. This does not sound right during this healthcare emergency!
  • My parents were never married and my mom recently got married I was wonder if her husband has any custodial because they are married. Or does he only get rights if my father gets his parental rights revoked.
  • My fiancee was verbally told today that I had to remove myself from the mobile home park because of Rejection of Application for Residency, something I applied for 3 months ago and heard nothing. I was not given any notice nor told to leave by the management. Can they tresspass me from the trailer park?
  • I owe child support enforcement for back child support, but will soon receive an inheritance. Will they take this?
  • Can i be emancipated if i dont have a legitimate job, but earn money every week?
