In Arizona when can a legally married man(woman) be charged with rape of his/her spouse?

I am having my first baby in 4 weeks. I would like to have my baby receive my boyfriends last name and have him listed as the father but i am concerned. If I do this will he be able to take the baby and not give her back ? Should i have some sort of custody arrangements in place before i put his name on the birth certificate? I am worried. I signed a contract in mid april to have my kitchen remodeled. I gave the contractor a down payment for the future job. They had their license suspended two days later and can not do any work until it is renewed. Now the company has changed names and license numbers. Is my contract with them void? Can I get my down payment back. No work has been done. The company will not return my calls. Should I file in small claims court?

My mothers health has drastically changed and she only lives on social security, a very small disability bi-weekly stipend and has medicare. While my mother has been accepted for medicaid as a secondary insurance, she will have to contribute monthly of $406 so that she will be able to have full time home health care (vs only part time with medicare).
