If I signed a lease and the landlord did not disclose important information about the house being in foreclosure and he's filed bankruptcy what are my options?

recently moved to a home that was under remodel was assured with written agreements this would be complete 2 months after still not finished,but demanding all rent due? I have a lease and limited funds to move what do I do?

I did not file for divorce and custody rights yet but if I will, is there any possibility that I could have the sole custody of my child? My husband has a history of domestic violence, extreme dui and issue from his ex-wife's son. I have a restraining order for him which was not served to him yet  because I do not know where he's at now. Can I still divorce him even if I do not know the address? And get divorced too?

Orig divorce decree and child support orders were in AZ. I now live in WA state with our child; father remains in AZ. Our child will be 18 next year but will graduate at age 19 from HS. He is deemed disabled. Father and I are in agreement re: extending child support beyond HS through community college and longer, if necessary. We know what to do re: notifying the OCSE that the child will be a full-time student in HS beyond 18. What we don't know how to handle is extending beyond HS. Do we modify existing decree/child support or new petition for this thru Superior Court in Mohave Cty? Thanks.

Can a landlord disclose my personal information payment history or rental issues for noise etc to someone that is not on lease and never was on lease.After we told him not to prior month

We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?

My question is how do I go about getting Guardianship/Custody of my 3 nephews. I really need legal advice. I don't want then to end up in the system.
