  • I WAS WIT M EX 4 10YRS. IN 2006 HE BEAT PRETTY BAD, IN FRONT OF OUR KIDS. I WENT 2 THE HOSPITAL N HE TOOK OFF WITH THE KIDS. HE TOOK IT 2 TRIAL. HE WAS FACING 11-15YRS IN PRISON 4 ASSAULT WIT DEADLY WEAPON FELONY BECUZ IT WAS REPEATED CHARGE, 2 COUNTS OF ENDANGERMENT, N 2 COUNTS OF CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE. I WAS SUPPOSE 2 TSTIFY IN COURT BUT DIDNT CUZ I WAS 2 SCARED. SO IT WAS DISMISSED. NOW THAT IM NOT SCARED ANYMORE N HAVE BEEN AWAY FROM HIM FOR 3YRS. CAN IT BE BROUGHT BACK UP. CAN HE BE CHARGED NOW. HOW DO I FIND OUT?
  • My senior friend cannot pay her credit card debts (her son ran them up and then abandoned her). Her only income is Social Security and her home was inheirited (already paid off when it was inheirited). She cannot afford to file bankruptcy. She quit paying her debts over a year ago- sent them a letter stating that she cannot pay, fixed income etc. One of of the creditors recently sent a letter regarding arbitration. If she does not respond it means she agrees to their terms. I suggested to her that she respond by sending the original letter. Is there a better way to respond? Also, is her home safe from a judgement? I know her income is. I thought I read her home could not be taken. If true, would it require a lengthy court battle?
  • I was served my notices and went to court with my landlord. She got a judgement against me for unpaid rent and was granted a writ of restitution to be received on 9-1-09. On the morning of 9-1-09 when I returned to the property to finish moving, she had locked the gates. My dogs were still there and I had not been served the writ by the constable. Turns out that she did not received the writ until 10:18 that morning but the gates were locked at 8:48 a.m. Does the writ have to be served or is it just given to the landlord and they can do as they please?

  • I have recemtly been told I have to relocate for work. My oldest son is 17 years old and graduates in a month. He has told me that he will not move, and when we go, he is "Disapearing". I told him he had to be emancipated to do this, and of course he responded "No one will ever get me". The child has has discplinary problems and typically does not do anything he is told". Is there some legal way of keeping this kid in check?
  • Im on HUD housing and the city of tucson dont aloud me to have cameras installed do two cars breaking in tires getting popped and Slash I've even had people backing in my backyard I had a few attempted break-ins and still they will not let me install cameras
