My rent has increased each month...in the lease i signed back in Sept 2017, I'm responsible for utilities. There's no fixed flat rate stated only saids 50& based on occupants and 50% on unit size. The Judge attributed $10,000.00 more to my yearly salary and $4000.00 less to my ex wife's salary. She made this decision out of court so I didnt have a chance to argue. I submitted my last 3 years W-2's as did my ex. I didnt make what the judge said I made, but she made her decision. How do I get my child report to reflect what our real salaries are and base the payments off of the correct amounts?

I agreed to lease my condo to a women and her two small children for $600. a month with a $400. deposit. She gave me $310. to hold the condo. I mailed her the lease for her to sign and never received it back. She has been in the condo for 2 months now and has only paid $300. towards the rent and deposit. I place an eviction notice on her door as she will not answer her phone. She responded see you in court. What can I do?
