  • I called the landlord re: the AC had went out and had provided him with my sons contact number. The landlord then called me at the time of my work on my personal cell and started to yell at me due to no contact with my son. At that time my son was on the phone with the AC tech. And now the landlord wants me to pay $100.00 towards the repair, but this has happened 3 times now and never had asked me to pay towards the repairs.

I found a guy and he signed the lease and made the deposit with the landlord, then said less than a day later he has an emergency and can't move in. The landlord says I need to continue my search for a replacement tenant but I asked since he signed the lease isn't he locked in and it's no longer my responsibility. So am I still locked in or is it now the landlords responsibility to find someone?
  • I was arrested at 19 with a pound of marijuana and charged with 4 felony counts of possession. After going to court my case was dismissed without prejudice and i payed a $1000 fine to the court as well as completing a small course booklet sent to me at home. I am now 21 and determined to enlist in the Army so I am trying to have my case completely dismissed or expunged from my record.I am not sure which I should try for or the process on how?
