  • I purchased an ET center from a local store. I signed a paper that said no refunds and exchanges are per their approval. I asked them to place this furniture on hold for a least a month as our home was being rebuilt from a fire. Twelve days later I called them and advised I no longer wanted the furniture and they have refused to credit my credit card due to the paper I signed. Is this legal for them to say no refunds on furniture I never got?
  • We live in Tucson, AZ, and my husband is going to file a divorce paper. We married in South Lake Tahoe, Ca. We have been married for 23 years. We both are not working, but he has a girlfriend during our marriage and she is working.  My question is he told me he doesn't need to pay me his social security or any spousal support due to he doesn't work. Also since he bought the house before our marriage which we are living now. In my marriage, this house all the repair, utility, property tax are from our joint account. Now he told me I have no right to this house. It is true what he told me.
  • I am my sisters gaurdian and She just graduated and from high school and she feels that she grown and doesn't want to put anymore strain on me. Which we had an agreement, saying once she graduated she can move out. So does she need any papers say she can make it on her own.
  • My power was recently turned off my APS without any notice. This was a discrepancy in billing due to an error on their side. I had no idea there was even an issue. According to them I needed to make a deposit payment to a separate account that I was not aware of. The person who set up the account did not notify me of this and made an error inputting the deposit amount. My dog was in out house with no AC while we were working and it was 105 degrees outside. I was wondering if it is legal for them to turn off our power when it is over 100 degrees without any notice.
  • If the father is not listed on the birth certificate can you stillget chils support
  • Regarding Bankruptcy: How long does it take to file, can you see a lawyer one day and file the next? Do your credit cards need to be delinquent to file BK or can they be current? Can they take my 401K if I file BK? How long will BK put off a Trustee sale? If your mortgage is delinquent can you still file BK to try to put off the trustee sale? If you have 2 accounts with one credit company like Discover and one is joint with someone else and one is only in your name, can you just file BK on the one in your name only without them going after the other card with joint owner? Thank you
