I have just gotten a divorce and my exhusband is ordered to pay back money he took from our savings account when we seperated. He says that he does not have the money and will have to make payments. My ex left to Mexico before our daughter was born. Came back only once to see her and has been MIA for almost 2 years now. He is hiding out in Mexico with his new partner to avoid child support and hasn’t even tried to check in on her in all this time but he pays for his other child and possibly checks in on him as well. so it’s just mine he has cut all ties with. Is this grounds for charges? If so, how would I go about that?

We had a roommate. He started drinking heavily again while living here even though one of the agreements was that he didn't. He was late on rent, and after causing a lot of drama ended up getting arrested for DV within the house and is not allowed to return here without police escorts. We also have an Order of Protection against him. A lot of his stuff is still here at the house and we are trying to figure out how long we are obligated to keep it. This happened mid June and it has been over a month since the last time he came to get anything. Thanks in advance.

I don't go with her but I do care for her daughter so she may have her treatments as well as preparing dinner for both of them because she is too tired when she gets home. my question is will the fmla protect me against them changing my hours so I can continue providing care for my grandaughter so my daughter can get the treatments she needs
