  • Does landlord have the right to impose a monthly fee for indoor pets when the tenant owns the mobile home and pays rent for the space only since the pet will never impact the mobile home community?
  • The original lease was not an AZ Law Lease Form. One yearlease ended November 20he original 14. It has been month to month I severred eviction notice May 15, 2016 On the original non AZ form it states tenant has 60 days to vacate. Is this true or can I proceed with 30 days.
