5 years ago single boy meets not so single girl. Girl gets pregnant tells boy that he is not the father and states she took a non-invasive prenatal paternity test to find out and that her boyfriend, at the time, is the father not boy. 2 years ago mutual friend shows boy picture of the child and has doubts about that test if it even was true that she took it. When boy contacted girl he asked if there was a chance that the child is his and girl stated there may be a chance. Recently agreed to do DNA Test,What can he do if the child is his?

If I have legal sole custody of my child, what rights does the other parent have in regard to visitation? Other parent has never been involved, which is why I have sole custody and she has my last name, but he recently decided he wants visitation. He expects unsupervised visits and upon his availability. Also, what should I do to protect mine and my baby’s (15 months) rights? I’m assuming it’s not so simple to just come in and get visitation rights after not being involved at all for all those months.

My ex and I have a parenting plan now. But, he continues to keep my son from me. Wont allow phone calls etc. I have tried to file a enforcement petition and the judge wont even listen to me. Now hes filed for a petition to modify parenting time. He has a bad DV record. Hes currently on probation for it. I need some legal help. Please I tried legal aid and they cant help me because conflict of interest. My ex dont want custody. he wants to control me and hurt me. His mom works for a family law office. I dont no where else to turn at this point.

My wife and I moved into a rental home on 3/1/18 in Tucson, Arizona, and almost immediately my wife and I started having breathing problems when inside the house. We do not experience any of this when outside the house. Upon my inspection, I noticed black mold inside and out of the guest bathroom toilet. The management company sent their maintenance person who after getting clearance (1 week) they removed and replaced the toilet. The odor was abated for approximately 2 days and returned with the entire inside of the house smelling musty. It is more pungent in the laundry room and master bathroom. I have found mold in the master bathroom toilet on the inside. I went to the Management Company on 3/22/18 to advise them we continue to find mold in the house and my wife and myself are having breathing problems, mucus and headaches when we are in the home. We are having no issues when we are not inside the home and outside at work or living our active life style. and to see if they would look into this and was advised it was on me and I should hire a mold technician check it out. If mold is found then the Management company would move on it. Why would I have to have this expense, it’s not my house, we just moved in and I feel this is the landlords responsibility. Can you please advise if there is any action I might take that would not cost a large amount of money to get the management company to do their job and do due diligence on this issue. Also, if you know of any agency in Tucson that controls these types of issues between Tenants and their landlords/Management Companies please let me know. Thank you.

I have more than 10 years seniority in my job. I was on a family leave for 6 weeks last year . This summer my boss denied my request for 10 days off saying that I was already too much off work. Can he do that?. I think he wants me to resign. If I do will I be eligible for unemployment compensation?

My husband of 27 years moved to AZ "to find himself" well, he also found some "younger playmates" so to speak. We are till married, I am living in IL. He has been in Mesa now for over 4 years. I really don't know what my rights are to property he acquired (house he bought out there, $$ he acquired, etc) but can you direct me to some counseling, someone I can talk to for about 1/2 hr to see what I should do now. So my fiance and I have been living in a duplex for 5 months, our landlord goes to.Florida for the winter. Her son is around and every month even when she was here they start calling the day before rent is due and if you ate busy and can't answer they show up on my door step. We live check to check so we pay on Friday our pay day, at the most we have had to pay 4 days past the first. Rent is due today the 1st New Years day (holiday )and they were calling and pounding on our door all day yesterday and started today at 8am. What do I do, is this all legal?? Please help!!

A month and a half ago there was a water leak in my apartment causing floor damage to most of the apartment. While our landlord did repair the leak, the floor was never repaired and I am afraid of health problems from mold growing under the floorboards. After asking multiple times the only thing the landlord has said is she will take care of it sometime in the future because she is busy with her personal life. What can I do in this situation and is this breaching the lease for failure to repair?

My roommate flaked out on me and I need to pay a termination fee for the apartment. We are both signed on the lease but I need to know if my roommate is also responsible to split the termination fee and if so, what if my roommate refuses? Will she be responsible for paying her part? The termination fee is four months of rent and I am able to pay two (half) of the overall fee. My landlords said if she won't pay her part, it will be sent to collections and they will also require me to pay the remaining balance if she doesn't.

My son is 5 years old. I have sole custody. I read the self service paperwork and it says I have to notify the other parent or show "order terminating parental rights of the other parent." Is my divorce decree showing sole custody good enough? I know sole custody gives me the right to make decisions for my children even if my ex does not agree.
