My baby's dad lied under oath about how much money he makes during the child support case. Can he get into trouble for that?

How old do children have to be to decide what parent they want to live with? I have two children 15 1/2 and 12 1/2 I am relocating out of the state, we have joint custody I am the custodial parent the kids have always lived with me and wish to relocate with me. They have told there father this several times and he tells them that they are kids and they don't get to decide.

I just recently moved from California and can’t see to find info on these admin and late fees. I paid a $265 admin fee during application process. After I moved in something went through causing that payment to bounce back. I received a 5 day notice to pay that says my “rent” is late and also assessed a $10 day late fee. 1. Can I be evicted over an admin fee. 2. Is this form correct in stating its “rent” 3. Are these late fees legal and can they evict me over them 4. Can I be evicted over a reversed admin fee?

When I was 19 years of age I was pulled over by law enforcement at the end of 2008 it took me 2 years to pay the fine I had a unloaded pistol in my car when asked I was scared so replied no weapons this was my first offense the felony was dropped to a misdemeanor ? How can I have the charge dismissed from my record and my rights with the charge or what can I do to better my case upon applying for a job its been really hard for me jobs see this and turn me away its terrible for my family income what can I do. I am a Registered Nurse and have worked continuously as a RN in the Phoenix area for 37 years. This year a requirement for proof of citizenship is required. I have my Certified birth Certificate but it is not acceptable by the State Board of Nursing because my first and middle names are reversed from what the Arizona State Board of Nursing have on file. The only documentation I received to verify the change was my social security card. I am a Medicare Benificiary and I receive Social Security Benefits. I have been researching the accepted lists for proof of citizenship and find that Arizona states if you have been accepted into the Medicare program no other proof of citizenship is required. I have been a Medicare Benificiary since I was 65, a total of 6 years. However, the Arizona State Board of Nursing lists do not include enrollment in Medicare as proof of Citizenship. What can I do to prove I am a United States Citizen?

If I just signed a year's lease and we get evicted this month, am I responsible for paying the other 11 month's rent?

x boyfriend and i have a 17 year old son, the father got involved in his life at age 12, last year i agreed to joint custody, because he would be put in a better, our son attened school for approx 2 months his dad felt he was not applying him self so he took him out of school. making my son a drop out, he wants to be in school badly, on top of this our son did something he disagreed with and his father kicked him out of the house, he is so depressed. he's unable to live with with me do to an abusive situation im trying to get away from. is it legal for him to put our son out like that?

Can i change the last name of my child from his biological fathers to mine, legally with out his consent if he is incarerated?
