  • My boyfriend is 18 and was arrested yesterday for level 2 burglary,battery and Theft . he has never been in trouble. I am really scared. I dont want him to go stay in jail . what do you think will happen?

  • My landlord has a primary person that lives in the community that acts as the landlord and basically handles everything including maintenance. Meaning, he is the one making all repairs. He is creepy, hangs out and thinkers with repairs, he is not certified and shabby workmanship and shows up knocking at my door to hand out information rather than mailing. I am a single female living alone and I really don't won't him coming over whenever he wants to. Is his behavior legal, I have told him not to show up knocking and have informed him the next time I will call the police but he continues.

Week2 plumbing unable to do laundry 2weeks now, family has to share 1 bathroom, windows not replaced. Week3 windows replaced 7/1–7/6, plumbing on hold to find better price (laundry?), & still sharing bathroom. Was given 1 months free rent but asking us to pay full electricity bill. What are her obligations?
  • Aunt was AZ resident and died in AZ. Using small estate affidavit to obtain balance in checking account from AZ bank (large national bank). I live in FL. If financial institution wants the affidavit certified by the court, would I have to appear in person or could it be done via mail? Thank you
  • Hello, my Mom remarried and passed away within 4 years. She had written a holographic will, that was notorized, and verified as her handwriting. She had notated that when/if the house was sold, it would be split amongst her children. She had also mentioned a life insurance policy in her will. This will was shown to all children and spouse. Before passing, Mom learned her life insurance was canceled. Questions: Even though life insurance is no longer available, but mentioned in will, is the will still valid? Also, does the Widow recieve portion of funds from house sale when not designated?
