Can I file for grandparents' rights while the child is a dependent of the state by CPS?

When is it NOT LEGAL to terminate an employee; i.e., what are the grounds for termination of employment that the law prohibits?

My apt complex rented me a place that has black mold growing inside the walls and they are giving me a hard time about doing anything my neighbor has pictures showing the black mold from last March and they wont see them or do anything about it. What can I do. Can I break my lease do to unhealthy living conditions. can I sue them

I am a single mom of 4 children (20, 19, 13, & 10). I divorced the children's father almost 8 yrs ago. I have full sole custody, and he was granted supervised visitation 2 hrs a week. Soon after the divorce, he stopped seeing or contacting the children. He currently has 5 felony warrants in the state of AZ for drugs and such and owes large fines. He fled the state about 6 yrs ago. And has not been seen or heard from since then. I want to know what I can do in lieu of custody of my children in the event of my death. Obviously the older children are safe; however, my 2 younger children I am concerned about. They do not know him or even know what he looks like. A long time fear of mine is that he could come and take them from family and friends here. Am I able to leave them to a more capable and safe guardian? And if so, what can I do without racking up large attorney fees? Thanks so much.

My question is about signing a lease and the rent is showing 745.00 a month which I signed on July 30th of this year. From 09/01/2015 to midnight 08/31/2016. I was told by the manager of the complex that there was a mistake was made by there computer and that the rent should have been for 796.62. This was told to me after I had sign my original lease. The manager wanted me to initial a additional paper to show that the computer should have shown that the rent was suppose to be 796.62.what I want to know is do I pay the 745.62 or the 796.62.

I left the state and never went back. It has been 20 years. I want to get it cleared up because it comes up when my fingerprints are run for employment and concealed carry permit.
