Now we have a new management company who said that he has to fill out a credit report and since he is not working, they said that he has to let them know who is buying the soap, toilet tissue, toothpaste, etc. Since he does not have a job, he does get food stamps. Now, my question is..is it legal for them to ask him who pays for what. I don't think they can ask him that because that has nothing to do with adding him to the lease.

I have tried selling but the park says that the person wanting to buy must fill out the background check in front of them, so those interested have not been able to buy due to the fact that most are out of state. I need help NOW, as I have to leave very soon and my daughter needs an affordable place to live.
  • I am living at an apartment in Tucson, AZ. The a/c went out over two weeks ago and since then it has been 93+ degree's in my apartment. I have tried calling management but there is nothing they can do for another week. I have asked if substitute housing is available and they have denied. Is there anything I can do?

  • I had my parental rights terminated in 2008 to my oldest son and to this day the judge is ordering me to pay monthly child support to my ex sister in law who only has gaurdianship of my son. I was recently incarcerated due to no payment. I don't understand why or how this is possible that I am not only having to pay monthly child support but my sons father doesn't have to pay anything.Dont get me wrong he's my son and my responsibility but I don't have any rights to him legally :(. I appreciate any and every kind of help please and thank you.
