  • I am a father of two and my wife physically and mentally abuses our kids. How can I get emergency custody of my two kids?
  • Does the following remedy mean that you are required to terminate lease and move out within five days if safety hasn't been restored?: "If there is a noncompliance by the landlord with section 33-1324 materially affecting health and safety, the tenant may deliver a written notice to the landlord specifying the acts and omissions constituting the breach and that the rental agreement will terminate upon a date not less than five days after receipt of the notice if the breach is not remedied in five days." Is there any other remedy? Can you withhold rent? Can you get alternate housing? Thanks.

My ex gets out daughter on the weekends and after missing last weekend, she informs my that see will be in Chicago for a month maybe longer for a family tragedy.   • Hi, I've been working at a company delivering appliances to house for almost two years, at one of the delivery i end up damaging a driveway (private road sink in ) it was a thin black top road, my employer is making me pay for towing, drive way and truck damage. Can they do that? I ask them why don't they use their insurance and the answer was cause their rates will go up.
